About the Author
Internationally recognized as a Bible scholar and spiritual patriarch, Derek Prince (1915–2003) was educated as a scholar of classical languages at Eton College and Cambridge University in England, and later at Hebrew University in Israel. Now this one I'm very glad I bought. If your having trouble getting started and/or staying on a fast, this book will motivate you and give you a very personal reason for fasting. It's working for me. Love it.

Brother Prince builds on Why... How.. And how to break a fast. The latter being important to your well being after garnering those benefits of crucifying your flesh. Our age is very food conscience and has had a habit of gorging a lot of unneeded calories. It becomes a reflection in the lack of control in other areas of carnal side.
